What to bring to registration
- Copy of your child’s birth certificate. (Not needed if your Babe Ruth Birth Card is of file with the league.)
- A copy of the City of Winter Springs water bill, to show proof of City residency. (If you are not a resident of Winter Springs there is an additional $5.00 surcharge added to the registration fee by the City of Winter Springs Parks & Recreation Department.)

Youth Registration Form
Each youth athlete needs an individual league registration form. The form also acts as an emergency contact and emergency treatment consent for the team manager.
Instructions: This is a fill in Word form. Each child needs a separate youth registration form. Download the form, complete it and print out a copy and bring both of them to registration.

Payment Form
This form is used to tie individual youth registrations to one family and as a League financial record. One form is all that is needed to register all youth athletes in an entire family.

Adult Volunteer Application
This form is needed for managers,
volunteers, coaches and umpires who work directly with WSBR youth athletes.
Instructions: This is a fill in Word form. Each adult who work with WSBR youth needs to compete a volunteer application form. Download the form, complete it and bring it to registration.
