Registration begins in November for Spring seasons and July for Fall seasons. Online registration is available for all players and will be posted on the website when it's open. 

Registration fees include team jersey and hat, city fees for use of fields for games and practices, and trophies (Tball only). Winter Springs Babe Ruth offers a $25 discount per family when registering 3 or more players. The league also offers a discount for first time Tball and 6U players. A $25 late fee is assessed per player for those registering after the posted season’s registration end date.

Rosters are created through the draft process with the help of assessment scores. No team, coach, or friend requests, can be honored for players older than 6u. No refunds can be offered after rosters are created and uniforms are ordered.
